HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The shipping time consists of two sections - 

  • Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks and packaging. All orders are dispatched from manufacturer within 72 hours after the order is placed and the payment is received. 
  • Shipping Time: The time taken to arrive to destination after dispatch from our warehouses. 

We use a high security checkout procedure on our site to protect both the customer and Ulti-Cart. This extends our processing time to 5 days as we fully verify our customers and fulfil orders.

Following this your package will arrive between 10-20 business days depending on your geographic location and availability of stock.

ORDER & TRACKING

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 6 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing and shipping and this normally takes 4 business days. When this is completed, your will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier service.
